Each day one colony can yield 100–200 grams of pollen. The collected material must be dried immediately—without drying, it spoils within a few hours.
High-quality processing: drying at a temperature no higher than 40–42°C to preserve enzymes and vitamins. Dried pollen retains its properties for up to 2 years. Frozen—up to 5 years without significant loss.

Pollen enzymes—amylase, protease, lipase—support digestion and help absorb nutrients. These enzymes are destroyed when heated above 42°C, so pollen should not be dissolved in hot liquids.

Pollen contains antioxidants in the form of flavonoids, carotenoids, and polyphenols. These substances are responsible for the anti-inflammatory effect and neutralization of free radicals.
