We deliver throughout Ukraine, as well as to any point in the world. The mushroom is permitted in all countries except Moldova and Thailand

Payment

Online payment by Visa/MasterCard credit or debit card

When choosing this payment method, the "Online payment service 'Card payment'" additionally charges a commission of 2% of the order value.

Cash on delivery: Payment for the goods at the time of receipt at the post office

An additional fee is charged for the "Cash on delivery" service from NovaPay - 20 UAH for providing the service + 2% of the money transfer amount. Payment upon receipt of the goods at the branch of the courier service "Nova Poshta". Payment is made after a full inspection of the contents of the parcel for compliance with the order and the absence of any damage. Please note that when receiving the parcel at the carrier company's branch or from the courier and paying, you sign an acceptance and transfer act, by which you confirm the fact that you checked the parcel for compliance with your order, and also agree with the appearance of the product, its completeness, and have no claims against the online store and the carrier company.

The goods are paid in cash only in the national currency. You can pay for the order in cash upon receipt of the goods.

When making payment, you receive a receipt or a delivery note.

1. Nova Poshta

Delivery time: 1-3 days (delivery cost from 80 UAH)

2.  Courier delivery to the door (Nova Poshta) in Ukraine

Delivery time: 1-3 days (delivery cost from 100 UAH)

3. Nova Poshta parcel locker

Delivery time: 1-3 days (delivery cost from 50 UAH)

After the parcel arrives at the postal operator's branch, you will additionally be informed by SMS message.

The delivery cost depends on the destination.
