About us
We created "Lavka Molfara" not because natural supplements are a trend.
But because we ourselves needed effective and safe solutions that help withstand the fast pace of life, avoid burnout, preserve health - and at the same time stay resourced, feel strength, clarity, and energy. Not just to exist, but to live every minute of life - truly.
As a team, we work at the intersection of experience, science, and recovery.
Each of us has our own path. But all of us came to one understanding: the brain and body are capable of recovery - if the right conditions are created.
Anxiety, exhaustion, brain fog, physical depletion - we know this from the inside.
And we have walked the path back: to control over our state, to stability, to the strength to live. To the version of ourselves that breathes deeply, acts confidently, does not get lost in small things, does not break under the weight of information noise, does not fall at the first difficulties.
To the self that lives, not just survives.
We tried dozens of methods - from retreats to nutrition science:
Some solutions worked quickly, but only on the surface - they removed symptoms without addressing the causes. Others brought no noticeable effect or required too much effort for minimal return. We began to look not only for effectiveness, but for wholeness. And this led us back to nature - as an environment where, through billions of years of evolution, the logic of recovery, calm, and activation has been embedded.
It became clear: sustainable recovery does not happen unless several levels are addressed at the same time:
- the nervous system (GABA, dopamine, serotonin, acetylcholine, endorphins, enkephalins),
- hormonal regulation (cortisol, norepinephrine, adrenaline, testosterone, estrogen, insulin),
- the microbiome, sleep quality, and the body’s ability to regenerate.
This is exactly what we began to look for - a support system that works not on the principle of "stimulate", but on the principle of "restore balance".
Something that tunes the natural mechanisms of self-regulation.
This is what led us to natural substances that do not mask symptoms, but help the body do its work better:
- to calm down through GABA receptors,
- to form new neural connections,
- to restore clarity, flexibility, and focus.
The breakthrough came with red fly agaric (Amanita muscaria).
Muscimol is the active compound that interacts with GABA receptors - the brain’s primary inhibitory system.
We analyzed research, consulted with specialists, and looked for confirmation in field sources.
We developed our own testing protocol - taking into account dosage, drying, extraction type, and bioavailability.
Already in the first cycles of use, we recorded stable effects:
- a reduction in baseline arousal,
- improved sleep quality,
- a gentle sense of inner stillness,
- a return to “observer mode” instead of “constant alert mode”.
The ability simply to be appeared - without tension, without vigilance, without chaos in the mind.
It was not abrupt. But it became calmer - in the body and in the mind.
The next step was Hericium erinaceus.
In scientific literature, it is described as a natural nootropic that stimulates NGF and BDNF — nerve tissue growth factors.
We tested various forms — dried, crushed, extracts.
And gradually, changes began to be noticed:
- increased ability to concentrate,
- it became easier to maintain logic in analytical work,
- clarity of thought appeared in complex conversations.
It wasn't a sudden burst of energy. It was the effect of regaining mental support.
Lion`s mane became the second key element — after calming down, it brought clarity, concentration, and structured thinking.
After our experience with fly agaric and hedgehog mushrooms, we began to study other mushrooms in more depth:
- Reishi — affects sleep quality and adrenal gland support,
- Chaga — supports the immune response, reduces inflammatory processes,
- Meitake, Rainbow, Chanterelles, Cordyceps — affect metabolism and endurance.
Over time, we added herbs, minerals, practices, and neuroactive compounds. This began to form a holistic system — one that is alive, adaptive, does not impose a regimen, but supports internal balance. We combined two pillars: nature and science. This is how the approach our team works with today gradually took shape. We didn't start with the idea of creating a brand — we were looking for a solution. And when we saw lasting results, we decided to pass it on.
We have combined two pillars: nature and science
This is how the approach our team uses today gradually took shape. We didn't start with the idea of creating a brand — we were looking for a solution. And when we saw consistent results, we decided to pass it on.
That's how "Molfar's Shop" came to be.
We did not choose the image of a molfar. It is something that reflects us. A molfar is someone who knows nature, respects its logic, and interacts with it carefully. We are not marketers. We are researchers. We are passionate about what we do.
