More purchases — higher cashback
Your level depends on the total amount of purchases accumulated over time. After registration, you start at Level 10 with 4% cashback.
Level 10 — 4% cashback for purchase totals up to 1,999.99 UAH inclusive.
Level 20 — 5% cashback for purchase totals from 2,000 to 4,999.99 UAH.
Level 30 — 6% cashback for purchase totals from 5,000 to 9,999.99 UAH.
Level 40 — 7% cashback for purchase totals from 10,000 to 19,999.99 UAH.
Level 50 — 8% cashback for purchase totals from 20,000 to 49,999.99 UAH.
Level 60 — 9% cashback for purchase totals from 50,000 to 99,999.99 UAH.
Level 70 — maximum 10% cashback for purchase totals from 100,000 UAH.
How cashback is credited
Cashback is credited as bonuses to your balance after you receive the product at the post office.
It is calculated from the price of the items after applying discounts and redeeming bonuses. Delivery cost is not included in the cashback calculation base.
How to use cashback
You can redeem available cashback for up to 50% of the order total after discounts, but before cashback redemption. The redemption amount cannot exceed your available cashback balance.
Calculation example
Items after discounts cost 500 UAH. If your balance has at least 250 UAH cashback, you can redeem 250 UAH.
After that, the base for new cashback will be 250 UAH. At a 4% rate, you will receive:
(500 − 250) × 4% = 10 bonus UAH.
New cashback will be credited after you receive the product. Delivery is not included in this example.
Promotion period and terms
The promotion is valid from 13.10.2026 through 31.12.2027 inclusive, or until the 1,000,000 UAH fund is exhausted — whichever comes first.

Bonuses and cashback are counted toward the fund by the amount credited, regardless of whether the customer has already used them.
What happens after the promotion ends
New registrations and orders after the promotion ends do not grant eligibility for its rewards.
Bonuses and cashback already credited remain available for purchases. Ending the promotion does not by itself cancel them.
Promised cashback for orders placed during the promotion before the fund is exhausted will be credited after the product is received — even if the promotion has already ended by that time.
