Спочатку думав, що це якась "хіпстерська" штука — пити гриб у капсулах. Але взяв, бо часто відчував, що енергія тане десь по дорозі між роботою і вечерею. Через пару тижнів помітив, що мозок почав працювати наче свіжий процесор після апдейту: думки чіткіші, концентрація краща, а головне — не відчуваю того виснаження, що раніше.
Спати став краще, вранці прокидаюся без відчуття "збитого літака". Гриб реально робить своє діло, і це не містифікація.

Цікавлюсь грибами давно, вирішив спробувати Траметес у капсулах. П'ю вже майже місяць — загалом все ок, самопочуття стабільніше, не так втомлююсь після роботи. В цілому — працює, рекомендую.
